||Craving for Crepes||

I woke up this morning with a craving for crepes. I remembered I had a small amount of gluten free flour left, an egg, almond milk and plenty of water. So as the recipe asked I whisked them all together but the consistency begged for more flour so I threw in a bit of oat brand which lend itself really nicely!

Honestly, I never know what I'm doing so if I can do it you can too!

PS. Honey and fruit always make breakfast better :)
