||This Side||

So much has been happening on this side of the world and I've enjoyed neglecting the internet. I decided I should play a little catch up.
Wild Hope has helped install another water project that has been six years in the making, the Russell twins are back this season and I got to experience my first Maasai choir!

I miss my family, a lot. But I cannot expression how thankful I am for the Lord placing me here in this corner of Africa with the Russells. Distance is never easy especially if you know some special people but this family makes it a little less hard. I’m thankful for their kindness, generosity, adventure and all they're many blessings!

The other day as we were driving back from Maasai land the sun was setting and I had to put in an earbud to worship in my head because my heart was so overwhelmed with gratitude.

Thank you God for your new wonders in Africa this year, and the many more to come.

Happy Monday!

||Zanzibar||

Traveling is a gift, it always has been and always will be. My latest excursion took me to Zanzibar, Tanzania!

The beach was beautiful beyond words, humidity a little much and water temperate just right!
